- 5 minute warmup jumping rope
- 3 sets of barbell jump shrugs for 5 with 60 seconds between sets
- 3 sets of barbell deadifts for 8 with 60 seconds between sets
- 3 sets of barbell bent over rows for 8 with 60 seconds between sets
- 3 sets of pullups to failure with 60 seconds between sets
- 3 sets of dumbbell single arm bent over row for 8 with 60 seconds between sets
- 3 sets of situps on the glute/ham bench for 15 with 60 seconds between sets
