Workout of the Day 4/16/2012

After a restful weekend I am ready to get back to the program. Make sure you get some good nutrition and water before the workout.

-Bench press 3, 3, 3+

- Close grip bench press – 5 x 8, 60 seconds between sets

- Bar squat – 3, 3, 3+

- Glute-ham developer – 5 x 8, 60 seconds between sets

- 200 medicine ball rotations with 20lb MB
