Workout of the Day 4/30/2012

Time to get back to work. Make sure you get some quality protein before the workout. Good luck.

- Bench press – 3 x 5

- Floor press – 5 x 8, 60 seconds between sets

- Squat – 3 x 5

- Dumbbell squat jump – 5 x 8, 60 seconds between sets

- Straight leg situps – 100
