- Snatch – 10 x 2, 90 seconds between sets

- GHD back extensions – 5 x 5, 60 seconds between sets

- Kettlebell sumo deadlift high pull – 5 x 5, 60 seconds between sets

- Single arm dumbbell push press – 5 x 5, 60 seconds between sets
