- Barbell squat – 5, 5, 5+

- Overhead squat – 5 x 5, 60 seconds between sets

- Walking lunges – 5 x 5, each leg, 60 seconds between sets

- GHD – 5 x 5, 60 seconds between sets

- 100 straight leg situps
