Workout of the Day 7/12/12

- Squat – 3, 3, 3+

- Overhead squat – 5 x 5, superset with

- Walking lunges – 5 x 10, 60 seconds between sets

- Bench press – 3, 3, 3+

- Close grip bench press – 5 x 5, superset with

- Ring pushups – 5 x failure, 60 seconds between sets

- 50 knees to elbows
