- Sprint Intervals – 40 yd shuttle- Sprint 10 yards, sprint back 10 yards, turn around and sprint 10 yards, then sprint back to the start as quickly as possible. Rest 60 seconds between intervals. 10 Intervals.
Complete for time:
- 50 kettlebell hang snatch on each arm
- 50 kettlebell thrusters on each arm
- 100 medicine ball slams
